As we increasingly find ourselves in the midst of a mental health crisis, we are also grateful for the work and research by Mental Health professionals and their contributions to therapies and coping mechanisms. Behavioural Activation is one such technique used to help people cope with anxiety and depression.  This video was made for a not for profit NGO, Sangath, that has been working in the field of mental health since 1996.
